Automatic Cancellation of Inactive JR Hotel Members Accounts
Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Metropolitan Oimachi TRACKS.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all our JR Hotel Members for their ongoing support.

In accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1 (3) (Resignation) of the JR Hotel Members Terms of Use, we will sequentially begin the cancellation process for memberships that have been inactive—with no record of stay or eligible service use at any of our properties—for three consecutive years from the date of last use.

■ Implementation Start Date
Starting sequentially from June 8, 2026.
Please note that points will not be credited for any eligible transactions made on or after June 8, 2026, if your account is subject to this cancellation.

■ Re-registration Process
If your membership is cancelled and you wish to use our services again, we kindly ask you to sign up as a new member through the JR Hotel Members official website or the official mobile app.
