Due to system maintenance for the launch of our new membership program, our membership services and reservations via our official website will be temporarily unavailable during the period below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

・The maintenance period may vary slightly depending on the progress of the work.
・Hotel stays and facility usage (including check-in and check-out) will be available as usual during the maintenance period.

2. Services Unavailable During the Membership System Suspension

Due to system maintenance for the transition to the new membership program, please note that all membership features and procedures, including logging into the member page, will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

※The suspension period may vary slightly depending on the progress of the work. Points earned from hotel stays or facility usage during the suspension period will be awarded sequentially from Tuesday, November 10 onwards.
※Due to the aforementioned maintenance, all booking procedures (new reservations, modifications, cancellations, etc.) via each hotel's official website will be unavailable from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (JST) on Monday, November 9, for both members and non-members. Please refer to the JR Hotel Members official website for further details.
※From Tuesday, November 10 onwards, you will need to complete the login procedure again.
3. Point Awarding During the Maintenance Period
Points for guests checking out or using hotel facilities on Sunday, November 8, and Monday, November 9, 2026, will be awarded sequentially from Tuesday, November 10, 2026 (the launch date of the new program) onwards.
